Philip has been married for 29 years, raised three children, and is proud to have one grandson. He has a PhD in School Administration. After retiring from a career in education, he transitioned into work as a licensed appraiser. Real estate became a natural extension of his appraisal business, and he is excited to help buyers and sellers transition from one home to another.
